Happy Birthday to Pat! We are so sorry that we missed Sherry's mom's July 9th birthday on this blog and, sadly, in real life. It's no excuse, but we worked about 35 hours each this past weekend and somehow, in all the madness and exhaustion, completely forgot about it. Sherry has never forgotten her mother's birthday in all her life, and started crying when she realized it. Poor Pat, home sick on her birthday, and then we even forgot! Shame on us. We love you, Mom.
In true Mom style, she called us today to make sure we were okay after hearing about the tunnel collapse in Boston. We're fine, Mom, but our memories sure could use some help. Mom's not really one for letting folks take pictures of her ("Oh, you don't want any pictures of me!"), but here are some fun pics of her from Brian's medical school graduation a while ago. She says she is going to come visit us in the fall, so we're hoping to get more pics then! We can't wait to see her!
