We also want to say Congratulations to Shanti and Rakesh! They were engaged earlier this month (photo left). Shanti has been our friend since college days (she was a Cal Bear with Brian). Just to show you how small the world is, Rakesh's cousin Sandip and his fiancee Michaella are also friends of ours and are fellow surgical residents of Brian's (click their names for pic). It should be a fun wedding!

Happy Wishes
We are on vacation (we'll write about that later), but wanted to send out some happy wishes that are due. First, Happy Birthday to Adair! Adair, whose birthday is on St. Patrick's Day, is Brad's wife, our sister-in-law, who always has a positive outlook and great sense of humor. Second, Brad and Adair's daughter, our niece, Brooke, celebrated a birthday on March 11th. She is a beautiful, successful young woman enjoying her early 20's. Happy Birthday, Brooke! Send some pictures, ladies!
