No Keia La, No Keia Po, A Mau Loa

Brian has returned from the blur that was his trip to Hawai'i for Lori and Christian's wedding. He had a great stop in LA on the way, where he visited for a few hours with Brett, a good friend (not to mention old fraternity buddy and college roommate). Ted, a good friend of Brian and Sherry's (and Lori and Christian's) since Stanford Med School, picked Brian up at the airport in Honolulu, and the two had dinner and caught up with one another in Honolulu the night before the wedding. The wedding was amazing, with a lot of great friends celebrating a wonderful couple in a stunning place. Everyone was speechless when Lori (who grew up in Hawai'i) performed a beautiful and touching hula dance for Christian (who was very surprised). Brian, Sherry and Jens called Sherry to make her feel like she was there (it did not work), and Brian had a lot of fun with the testimonials on Lori and Christian's wedding video. Brian also had a lot of fun on the dance floor in a worm contest, but that's a story for another time. He left on Sunday to make the long trip back, but it was worth it.
