Congrats, Lori and Christian! Happy Birthday Ann!

Two of our very dear friends tie the knot today in Hawaii!

Congratulations to Lori and Christian!

Brian is in Hawaii, but Sherry is not. Sherry stayed at home partly because of work, and partly because of some other matters to which one of us had to attend, and she was the chosen one. (Sherry and Jens are also there, so she feels doubly left out there in Boston!) Sherry is very, very sad to miss the nuptials of two such wonderful, carefree, loving, caring friends. Lori has been Brian's friend for thirteen years (they attended both undergrad and med school together) and Sherry's for six years. We first met Christian a few years ago, when on only their second or third date, Lori liked him enough to risk the possible embarrassments of bringing him Hausboating with us and the other Stanford Med fools! We knew
immediately that he was the perfect guy for Lori, and he became our friend the first night we met him. They are two incredibly beautiful people, both inside and out, and the world would not be right if they were not together.

We wish them a lifetime of wonderful times and memories together. Happy Honeymoon, Lori and Christian! And good luck on your move from the Bay Area to forge a life together in Portland, Oregon.
